If you fit into one of the following groups, you will be eligible for guaranteed accommodation for one year from September to September.
Eligible students
To be eligible students must not have previously lived in university acccommodation:
- new full time students in their first year studying bachelor's and master's undergraduate programmes on the Claverton Campus
- new Foundation Year students based at the City of Bath College
- there are a limited number of places available for exchange and visiting students.
You must have accepted your offer of study and applied online for accommodation by 31 July. We will send out your contract in August or September. It will tell you when to arrive.
Conditional and unconditional offers
If you have an unconditional or conditional firm offer from us, you can apply online. Please note that rooms are allocated according to a student's status (i.e. those already holding an unconditional offer can be allocated a room before those still holding a conditional offer).
Insurance offers
For those with an insurance offer for Bath, you will be able to apply for your accommodation preferences when your offer is confirmed. This means that we cannot guarantee a place in university accommodation for those holding an insurance offer.
We will offer help to late applicants in finding private sector accommodation.
Couples
We have a limited amount of accommodation available for couples without children.
