International scholarship reception

Each year we hold an award ceremony for international taught postgraduates who have been awarded a scholarship.
This year the reception was held in the beautiful torchlit Roman Baths in the centre of the city. More than 130 students from all subject areas enjoyed the opportunity to meet staff and fellow international students.
Deputy Vice-Chancellor Kevin Edge and the Right Worshipful the Mayor of Bath, Councillor Bryan Chalker welcomed all the scholars to the University and congratulated them on their awards.
Our scholarships
The University funds a scheme that provides around £240,000 of scholarships to international students and attracts intense competition from around the world.
We also have scholarships that are funded through University funds, faculty awards and individual and corporate donors including:
